Third Coast Builders, Inc. is a Marquette, MI based general contractor and timber frame company. Co-owners Ian Zender and Mike Kantola started the business with a shared idea for what they wanted to build – thoughtful, adventurous structures that carry on the craftsman tradition. Beneath this aesthetic goal is a core principal to be environmentally conscious, and to work with local materials and fabricators to create personal, and comfortable spaces.
